My name is Dr Carly Keyes and I am a Chartered Senior Clinical Psychologist and Fully BABCP accredited CBT Therapist. I am fortunate to have an excellent team of experienced associates who work for the practice.

Life is a journey full of ups and downs. My associates and I are here to understand your current difficulties, to work with you and help you get equipped with strategies to help you cope during the down times in order for you to enjoy the ups.

We offer psychological therapy that is personalised to you to help you blossom. We believe the therapeutic relationship is fundamental and for you to build trust and feel relaxed in the sessions to get the most benefit from psychological therapy to start living a richer and fulfilling life.
We provide evidence-based psychological therapy to children, adolescents, adults, older people, couples and families.

I also offer clinical supervision to professionals using up to date evidence-based models and techniques.

In addition, I offer training sessions to professionals in order to aid their continuing professional development.
